Recipe: French Chocolate Truffles

At Katherine's request, I am providing the famous Roberts Family truffle recipe.

French Chocolate Truffles

1/2 cup sweet butter
1 bar sweet baking chocolate
4 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 cup confectioner's sugar
dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. brandy or cognac

Melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat. Add all of the other ingredients. Blend well.

Cool till you can roll the candy into small balls.

Roll balls in cocoa, nuts, etc. and then wrap in foil.
